Meat (here I understand beef?), 3 times a week. Fish, 2 times a week. 2. " Vegatables? Usually 3. " Carbs? (Things like rice?) Thrice daily. 4. " Candy/Junk food? Almost never. 5. " Dairy? Around 9 months ago, I'd have said 5+ portions a day. Currently, 2 portions a day. 6. You are alone at home and you are hungry, you may prepare something as you normally do. What do you eat as a snack? Cookies. 7. How often a week do you eat outside your house? A small lunch at school everyday. 8. You average meal consists of(Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner)... Breakfast: An egg, a cup of tea with milk, sometimes a piece of bread or [ a plain, round "tortillas", made of cooked cornflour dough], a slice of cheese and a dish consisting on rice and beans. Lunch: Fish/Chicken/Beef, Salad, rice, beans. Dinner: Same as lunch. Sometimes soup, rarely pasta. 9. You consume snacks a day, x=... 1 10. Amount of exercise per day... I visit the gym for 2 hours 3 times a week, train lacrosse for 3 hours on Sundays. 11. Age(opinional but suggested) 16 12. Student Level? If not a student, are you under labour empoyment or desk work? Student, 11th grade. 13. Country living in and ethnicity? Costa Rica (thus the rice+beans diet), doubtful on ethnicity. fakeitormakeit Posted November 1, 2007 Author Share Posted November 1, 2007 Can I say this again, when I say ethnicity I don't mean nessissarily caucasian, asian, etc. I mean what you are CULUTURAL thats what I'm really looking for because things like that can really effect your diet. " Candy/Junk food?I'll have a bag of chips and a soda afterschool every so often. 5. " Dairy?Glass of milk for breakfast, cheese, yogurts I have sometimes.. so I guess 2-3 servings a day. 6. Only someone that never tasted a delicious plate of perfectly cooked tofu would say that :XD: San Fransisco - "House of Nanking" - "Fried tofu in house peanut sauce" Best. Tofu. Ever.
