I used my desert robe and shirt with the black mushroom turning them both black, I also used the mushroom on silverlight, but Evil Dave will still not let me in the portal. What did I do wrong? Thanks

Did you talk to him before trying to go in (the Throne room right?)?

yeah, he says I dont look evil and it is their thrown and go away.

And RuneHQ says not to have Silverlight in your inventory, try that?

took silverlight out of inventory, wearing shaade robe and shirt, still cant get in. Should I just have an empty inventory except waterskins?

I guess it's worth a try. I wish I remember what I did.

Black mystic works as well. But I think what you haven't done is dyed Silverlight black with the mushroom dye and wielded when you try to enter :wink:

I needed another evil item, bought a black hat, quest is done WooHoo.
