Requires 50 agility and 70 defence, you don't have to do roaving elves to use one either.

The shield needs 50 agility and 70 defence. No need to do Roving Elves, but you won't be able to recharge your shield if you don't.

 

 

 

The shield is the best shield for range defence, but it is expensive to maintain. I wouldn't really suggest using it. If you wanted something like it, I would buy a dragon square (dragon square = crystal shield 8/10 (excluding range def bonus))
