I've just started my Herblore skill (level 3) and I want to know what enemies I should fight to get low level herb drops like Guam, Marrentill, Tarromin, etc.

 

 

 

So far I've just been fighting Al Kharid Warriors, but I haven't been getting any Guam leaves.

I reccomend either men in the house in edgeville, which also drop level 1 clues, good money for new members, or chaos druids in edgeville wilderness dungeon, or Taverly dungeon.

Not as far as i can remember, they do drop second ingredients and water filled vials though.

Fleshcrawlers are, IMO, better than chaos druids. Level 2 of the Security Stronghold.

 

 

 

They drop at least as many herbs, and also dust runes (very useful), noted iron ore and other goodies.

I herd of this rumor, tried it out. Look me a hour to get a full invent, and ALL were low lv.

 

 

 

 

 

CHAOS DURIDS OWN

For future reference, when your herblore's higher, I suggest getting 60 slayer and killing Abberent Spectres, they drop tons of high level herbs along with other good stuff, I remember having them on task and having to drop ranarrs to make room for better stuff.
