I have full guthans and atm it is 100, i want to know if the barrow armor drop from 100 to 0 or have others, like 75 50 25??

It goes from 100 to 75 to 50 to 25 to 0. Repair when it hits 25.

what he said, and when it hits 0 it auto unequips itself - unless your inv is full, but it's still unusable.
