November 14, 200718 yr It goes from 100 to 75 to 50 to 25 to 0. Repair when it hits 25. I think when it hits 0, barrow armor and weapons are non useable. what he said, and when it hits 0 it auto unequips itself - unless your inv is full, but it's still unusable.
