November 17, 200718 yr So as i cant subscribe membership with visa in my country anymore i used paypal today to subscribe membership.The money was taken but im not member yet! Is it take time to be a member when using paypal? I mean when i used visa after i subscribe, it makes me member instantly, but now it doesn't. How can i "solve" this "puzzle" or this tricky thing?
November 17, 200718 yr yeah man i had the same problem with my visa gift card...supposedly the whole subscription system is down atm...just wait a day or a few then try again.

Also, not all transactions are instant. Some can take a minute Some can take up to 24 hours.
