Hey guys, recently I was thinking about alching my way to 94 mage with green d'hide bodies. Since its only 80-90 gp loss per alch. Instead of the 138(ish) or yews.

 

 

 

I was wondering though assuming I pay 4470 per body would it be difficult to buy them in mass quantities??

 

 

 

I have been browsing the RSOF, looking for people selling bodies. I haven't seen to many people selling.

 

 

 

Is there an alternative place to buy them? Maybe a place in W2, or a world where crafters get together to enjoy eachothers company where I could buy the hides?

Please NOTE: I do NOT plan on making my own nats or buying flax and making bs's or something that requires me to use another skill to get the items I want to alch.

buy black dhides for 2.5k each. Have a crafter make into bodies, which they will gladly do. these alch for 8,088 gold. so 7.5k+ 300(nature)=7.8k, so you MAKE 200 gold per alch.

Green dragon hides are more sold then black. I see some guys offering green dragon hides, or green dragon bodies, but it's not often sold. Maybe find someone with alot of green D hides and a high crafting lvl? So you can ask assist and you can make your own?

yes, they are usually sold as just the hides...not the bodies. If you don't have a high enough crafting level to make green bodies I'd be more than happy to assist. Add me if you want - Fred Phred

If you are going for mage exp make green vambraces. Then you get one alc per hide. With bodys you only get one alc per 3?

that is an option but it will cost you more. alching the bodies give you more money per hide. Its a trade-off depending on what you are looking to do and how much you want to spend.

If you get some hides, I will gladly assist my crafting level to you, so that you may make them into bodies. If this is not what you want, then I suggest looking on the Runescape Official Forums (RSOF) for a seller of green dragonhide bodies. :)

Thanks for all the offers on the crafting bodies for me, but I can make my own. I really don't think I will though.

 

 

 

I think I'll keep up training my ranged until the GE comes out, hopefully it will drop the price of green hides a bit and I will do vamps and make them myself.
