Hi, Iv Been to barrows about 7 times now and spent so much money on equipment i waste by not getting any Money Back So i was wondering with my skills what would be a good setup

Well, it would help to know your current set-up. And I don't really want to click over there; mind posting your stats?

 

Set Up

 

 

 

 

Stats

Show your inventory.

Well i dont even use a prayer pot.(always have one incase i get dharok in tunnel)

 

 

 

Use full rune and slayer dart.

 

 

 

 

 

Use prayer on Dharok 1st

 

Then Ahrims.

 

Any prayer you have left kill Veracs, he hits though it anyway so it will just reduce the damage.

 

Torags is week and u dont need prayer

 

Karil dds him and he will fall like a fly

 

Guthans....well hes just a nub he averages about 14 damage on me each time i fight him.

 

 

 

Inventory set up for me is

 

 

 

Coins any amount, builds up from chest dont bother banking

 

MSB, Mith arrows, or Rune C Bow, with mith bolts.

 

Black d hide body and chaps in inventory.

 

about 10 monks, usually less. The rest with lobbys, (mainly cause i got thousands in bank to use up)

 

and 1 prayer pot just incase

 

Slayer Staff, about 400 minds, and whatever the ratio is in deaths

 

 

 

 

 

Make sure you get 14+ kills then you will often get minds and deaths from the chest and you wont need to keey buying them :)

2 Prayer Pots

 

Fire Blasts (250 Casts)

 

Red Dhide

 

Mage Short Bow with Addy Arrows

 

Rest Food

woah theres your mistake.

 

 

 

Fire blast tut tut tut .

 

 

 

 

 

Your wearing melle armour to those blast will be useless.

 

 

 

Use slayer dart, they are barly effect my mage negative.

 

 

 

it takes me (usually) less than 150 casts per trip and i make all that back of the chest.

I Put on Red Dhide when i cast lol

I use slayer dart for dharok, verac,thorag and Karil

 

 

 

and DDS on Ahrim

Ok.. You need some work on this...

 

 

 

Stats. They're good, but you need to get Slayer Dart, Fire Blast is a major no no. Seriously. SLayer Dart is so much better.

 

 

 

Your equipment should be..

 

 

 

Helm Of Neitzot.

 

Glory Ammy.

 

Torags Plate.

 

Verac's Skirt. (For Prayer)

 

Best RFD Gloves you can get.

 

D Boots are good.

 

Slayer Staff.

 

Legends Cape.

 

100 Addy Bolts.

 

RING OF LIFE!! I cannot stress this enough, with millions of equipment and items like you'll be using, you ABSOLUTELY, no excuses MUST have the Ring of Life.

 

 

 

Invent..

 

Red Dhide Top.

 

Red Dhide Bottem.

 

Rune CBow.

 

200 Death Runes.

 

800 Mind Runes.

 

Spade.

 

D Scimy for KC.

 

Maybe a super def pot.

 

2 P Pots. (You never know what'll happen, but you'll probably only use 1-3 doses a trip.)

 

The rest are Monkfish.

 

And a one click telly, like teletab or Ectophail.

 

 

 

You should use this strategy..

 

 

 

Go to Dharok first and pray on him, maging him with slayer dart.

 

Go to Karil and mage him with prayer.

 

Go to Ahrim, switch to range gear and kill him with the rest of your prayer points, or maybe a dose if needed.

 

Then switch back to the melee armor and mage Torag, Verac and Guthen in that order. (Using a dose of Sup Def Pot, since you won't be praying on them, just eating when you get hit)

 

 

 

Then get your KC to 16, open the chest and tele out of there.

just folow this guide and you will make profit
