Dear Jagex,

 

I admit that I did provide the URL to an outside website. However, I did not,however, call attention to, promote, or emphasize the website. I am very sorry about my mistake, I thought that we just weren't aloud to tell people to go to a website; I was unaware that we can't say a websites' name. I'm sorry and I wont do it ever again.

 

After my dad recently died of cancer, and now my mom is very sick, runescape is my life. I am going to commit suicide if I don't get my account back; after spending years of leveling up.

thanks for the fix, lol i forgot i already said however. and yeah, it was too long, but i took out the part about my dad dieing and stuff. i just sent it, its still pending. im like dieing of anxiousness (if thats a word) omfg the suspence is killing me. :anxious: :ohnoes: :uhh: :!:

I got banned for the right reasons, i done an appeal just syaing I'm sorry, and that was it.

 

 

 

SERIOUSLY, don't put in your appeal about your family, i see this as an excuse for them to unban you, and it really is sad. Spelling doesn't matter, they ain't goign to grade you on your appeal, and only unban you if they mark you A* now are they? My appeal was noobish, just saying i wont do this again. Adn btw, 10 black marks is kind of ridiculous for advertising a website, but rules are rules. I got 10 marks for macroing, i admti my offense and will never do it again. If you don't get your account back, then build a bridge, get over it, and start a new account, or quit all together.

It doesnt matter if you did not emphasize on the website, you knew it was against the rules to even say the URL, you knew the rules, you broke it, there's no going back, i'm sorry, but it's better to tell you the truth than give you false hope.

I honestly don't believe that anyone should be banned for saying a website in that manner. I've reffered people to tip.it, zybez, and probably some other websites dozens of times and will probably continue to do so. However, i honestly think that the appeal you sent in was pathetic, moronic, and would've denied it too simply for the fact that you were trying to guilt them into unbanning you.
