Its +5 str bonus. Use the obby shield if you have it. GET A RUNE DEFENDER ASAP! Then you wouldn't need this question at all.

i got 500 killed cyclops for all of them and didnt even get bronze defender... =(

It took me 1k tokens to get all of the defenders, and 2-4 rune ones, so hopefully you would be fine with that. In the case of the god book vs. the obby shield, I would take the shield. :

He said ones not ores lol. As in 2-4 rune defenders. and only 1k tokens to get, you're extremely lucky.. Took me upward of 2.5k tokens for all of them. And then another 500 tokens for another rune.

OT:

 

I suggest the shield. Only use a zammy prayer book if your pking with cheap equipment or when ranging with a cbow or bone bow.. The +8 range bonus is the best for a shield slot, if I am not mistaken.

In your case on those:

 

 

 

Rune defender > obby shield > prayer book.

 

 

 

On higher level monsters

 

 

 

Obby shield > rune defender > prayer book.

took me 140 tokens for bronze iron steel black mith addy rune rune rune rune :P, i got really lucky after spending 300 with no defender ..

 

 

 

take defender/obby NOT prayer book :P
