I have been fishing at Piscatoris fishing colony when Arnold has started announcing a 'drop party'?

 

 

 

Has anyone else observed this or similar behaviour in the NPC's today?

Did you go to the party room? This might have been a hidden update...

Im guessing that whenever a banker shouts 'x drop at party room' someone is having a drop party in the fally party room.

The style and mode of delivery of the message is a little unconvincing to be honest.

 

 

 

Also I don't seem to be able to find an announcement to support the fact that this npc is now officially sanctioning parties.

I agree that it didn't seem like something JaGEx would program NPC's to say.

 

 

 

I saw a guard in W2 Fally say it and I killed it because I thought someone was under him spamming. But I realized that it was the guard when the message stopped.
