I have been fishing at Piscatoris fishing colony when Arnold has started announcing a 'drop party'? Has anyone else observed this or similar behaviour in the NPC's today? Unedited screenshot in the spirit of 'Without proof, it didn't happen' "Boy, sure would be nice to have some grenades, don't you think you think?" The style and mode of delivery of the message is a little unconvincing to be honest. Also I don't seem to be able to find an announcement to support the fact that this npc is now officially sanctioning parties. Colour me skeptical, if you will. I agree that it didn't seem like something JaGEx would program NPC's to say. I saw a guard in W2 Fally say it and I killed it because I thought someone was under him spamming.
