mathgenius50
I just got this as my slayer task of spirtual rangers and I was wondering a few questions about it. What is a good equipement setup? Where can they be found? Are they worth doing? What sort of items should I bring?
chiknstu
get into the area that they are in which ever one pleases you.. and make sure you have at least one article of clothing that represents that particular god\subgod and.. melee! like.. use whip and helm of niz and pros if you pray... or good armour and g shield or def or obby shield bring- teles some food p pots high alchs assuming you have the money *which I don't * bring guthans:D - or whatever fits your needs.. and don't forget your representing piece so you don't get mauled by everyone [/url]
ddaanniiellh
Best setup if you really really want to fight them would be high prayer boosters with ppots to fight them. But i suggest you not to...they're not worth the ppots they use or worth the time killing. ~Ddaanniiellh : 1437 : 173Lowest Combat to 1,000 Total in F2P (23 Combat)Check me out on YouTube! Gold_Tiger10
Cape: Zamorak Cape, or Cloak/Saradomin Cape or Cloak Shield: Unholy Book/Holy Book And, you can the rest you can bring whatever you want. With 1 Zamorak Item and 1 Saradomin Item equipped, you'll have full protection from ALL Zamorak and Saradomin Monsters. Just pile the monster that is being piled by the others. There are tons of this happening on just a little south-east of the entrance. Usually a few Zamorak monsters respawning in Saradomin territory and getting piled by Saradomin Warriors (Spiritual) and Mages (Spiritual). Really easy, and fun. No damage taken at all, if you stay away from the Bandos and Armydal areas and only attack monsters being piled :] here!
Matok
First ,some answers: 1. Good range deffence gear and/or prayer boosters 2. GWD, the main hall, and in each God's area 3. IMO, no, a relativly hard slayer task with *[cabbage]i* drops(well..except clues). I suggest you do this task just to get the taste of them but i believe you'll burthorped the next... 4 . As mentioned in previous posts ,if u gonna slayer them in the main hall then Sara + Zammy items are a must.take super sets and some prayer pots. Last note: The major advantage of slayering in the GWD (and the fun part of it) is that you can use the back-stabbing technique. let the NPCs fight each other, sneak from behind and stab them both. This works perfectly for spirtual mages and warriors but unfortunaly not with rangers. Those tend not to engage themself in fights and unless being attacked by Zammy NPCs (mostly hell hounds but also werewolf) which doesnt happen often, you'll have to confront them the old way. Have fun
cat666
I would skip rangers until Jagex add a decent drop to it. Trust the Gene Genie!
Berrakus
I would skip rangers until Jagex add a decent drop to it. Agreed. They hit hard and you are going to waste money on food/Prayer pots that you won't make back through their drops. Nopheo
I wouldn't do it but if you do use pros and keep range pray on while wearing sara symbol and carry zammy book. The range pray will protect against the spiritual rangers and aviansies.
