Well, it'd be easier to find someone on the RSOF in the Miscellaneous section to catch it for you. There are a lot of threads, typically titled "Drag Imp Spotters" or something to the same degree. They do share the rewards as well, 50/50.

 

 

 

And if it's in a crowded place like Seers Bank, it's probably going to go fast.
