Nope, they don't really serve a purpose after the Legends Quest. However, you're still able to use the bull roarer (making an interesting sound).

You can't get the bull roarer back afterwards, so I'd hang on to it.

Holy Force is useless after the quest, As is the Bull Roarer, Even considering that it can't be reobtained again...If it were to be something for use at a later date, Then Jagex would introduce a way to get it back again when needed...

 

 

 

So there is really no point in keeping either.
