It must be repaired every 15 hours of combat.

The stats stay the same until it is entirely broken and you need to repair it.

It costs about 300k to repair a full set of barrows armor + weapon from completely broken.

To repair, either pay Bob in Bob's Axe Shop in Lumbridge or you can fix it yourself in your POH.

Bob at lummy is a good investment to reapir your items because you its once of the easiest locations to get to. If thats not good you can try the void-knight at pest control. The barrows armors break slowly...very slowly, so don't worry about them too much, just try to fix them before they completely break. Its much cheaper in the long run and saves time later when they get closer to breaking.

1) Some NPC's repair them for a fee: Bob in Lumbridge and one of the Void Knights in the Outpost are the easiest ones to visit. You can also repair it by yourself to get a small discount.

2) After 15 hours of combat (i.e. you attacking and/or being attacked). Simply wearing it will not break it.

3) The stats won't drop until it's completely broken, and then you won't be able to use it anymore.

4) It's 330k to repair a full set with an NPC. If you repair it in an Armour Stand in a POH, you'll get a discount depending on your Smithing Level (up to 50% if you are level 99).
