December 9, 200718 yr You can't be hurt if the monster you're attacking is only using melee attacks, so then it's useless.
December 9, 200718 yr it depends on the monster. Some monsters like mithril dragons have multiple attack styles, so sup. def. pot does help. However, for traditional melee only monsters, just use prayer.
