Truthteller Posted December 10, 2007 Share Posted December 10, 2007 Jagex got a new CEO in August 07. Geoff Iddison. He was CEO of PayPal (Europe) for 7 years before he joined Jagex. Nothing to do with games at all. Just MONEY. You can look him up in you don't believe me. Is it any coincidence that a few months after Jagex get a new CEO (whom has never done anything with games) , these 'updates' start happening? He's never been mentioned as having done anything to RuneScape's design, he was just the guy Andrew and Paul joined up with when they wanted to turn their game into a business. Besides, when you're a company that's hiring a new CEO, you should get to choose one who agrees with your existing opinions, not one who's going to demand things you didn't want to do! They have over ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâã400 pounds of my money and are doing everything they can to keep it that way.
