just host an swf on http://www.imgeshack.ws or http://www.putfile.com itll work fine.. .gifs on flash are waay too big for here and for most people itll take ages to load so I suggest you put a preloader at the start, so you can only play once its all loaded.

Go to the properties inspector and click Publish. Select the GIF option...

File>Export>Export Movie

 

 

 

Choose your option from the list. Animated GIF would probably be the best.

just click on the options when exporting and look for animated GIF in the list.
