Ravenkana
I see many of you dumping on the PK'ers, Merchants, and Stakers. They don't bring in money, you say, they steal from honest players, you say. Well they don't. Many complain about how PK'ers attack players for no reason, but that's just it, the wilderness had no rules; there was nothing for you to hide behind. Merchants were crafty, at least the real ones were, and bought low, sold high. They just provided large sums of goods for players. Stakers were similar to PK'ers only with sets of rules and less risk. But now, with these three gone, what becomes of skillers? High level goods, like rune arrows, will not be so desired. Two of these classes built up a large demand for potions, food, and other commodities. Merchants helped provide skillers with the INSANE amount of goods required to level. What will become of Runescape now, with RWT supposedly gone? But lets not kid ourselves. RWTs will find new ways to cash in. In fact, the only way to TRULY stop cheaters is to completely destroy the game we love. If the CORPORAL beast is this hard, imagine how hard a GENERAL or COLONEL beast would be. a corporal is not even an admirable rank in armies that use that ranking system. Yeah, it is a pking minigame, so any arguments anybody makes will probably be biased. The best way this will end :Everybody just says,"I'm not arguing with you anymore, goodbye."The worst way this will end: I don't really know, psychological warfare? Worldwide thermonuclear war? Pie eating contest?
highlanders
With all the restrictions, the gold farmers will probably just switch to games that are are easier to sell gold on. They don't care which game they bot on, whatever game that floats their boat is fine. They won't keep trying on Runescape in impossible conditions, because they don't have a thing with Runescape. With that being said... What will become of Runescape now, with RWT supposedly gone? But lets not kid ourselves. RWTs will find new ways to cash in. Ok, prove that to us, how are they going to keep RWT now? 2480+ total

jedidude77
i completely agree, i never thought less of merchanter, pkers, or stakers, it's just another way of making money, or it was. I think the rs economy will benefit from them being gone tho. :-k There's no such thing as "wireless." Just really long extension cords.

You put in "200k yew logs" and in a few seconds you'll get them!

No wonder its always a ghost town in there. And, let me add, if Runescape survives, RWTs will just sell accounts or something. I dunno. I don't have the mind of a cheater, just a megalomaniac. I understand where you're coming from, but there not only has to be enough sellers selling an item, but enough buyers as well for it to work. The GE is just not flexible enough for our purposes.
