I'm pretty sure it's more like 15 mins and no they don't start attacking you again if you go to the bank. Thats why level 3 skillers woodcut at draynor. And after 15-20 minutes monsters are not agressive anymore. Well, most monsters. "We had gay burglars the other night. They broke in and rearranged the furniture."
