My question is: How long does things take to spawn? Like the mind rune in Lumbridge Castle and the bird cages in Ardougne?

 

Not those 2, but items in general.

most items take 30-40 seconds, though I had a friend who tried alching steel plates in Lava mze, took a VERY long time.

 

Others like whiteberries I heard appear back again in 4 seconds max.

Keep in mind respawns on an empty world are twice as long as a full one.

if u try alching steelpl8s at lava it takes forever so u just gotta world hop.
