Magic spellbook for slayer?

What's the best magic spellbook to use to train slayer?

Just stick with the Modern (Normal) spellbook. You might think to use Lunar since you can use "Contact NPC" to get new tasks or to Burthrope tasks but it's actually faster to just use a Games Necklace to do that. Ancient spellbook has many devastating spells but their rune cost is very high and it wouldn't be economical to use against 100+ monsters during a task.

Modern spellbook has the Slayer Dart spell, High Alchemy and Bones to Peaches/Banana. Slayer Dart to, well, slay. High Alchemy to free up your inventory for good, high-leveled drops. Bones to Peaches for certain tasks to get easy food.

It depends.

If you have 96 mage then Lunars is the one to use. The spell-book swap spell makes switching to moderns for that teleport to Fally, Ardy, Varrock, Lumby etc etc a snap.

If you are under 96 mage then just stick with modern spellbook.

Apparently, my signature was to big.

use the normal one, since you can use bones to peaches, you can train on one place and never leave (unless the monsters doesn't drop bones), I use guthan's armor, since I can with this and it's perfect for slayer
