December 16, 200718 yr ROW only makes it marginally more likely, if you went there and got a thousand drops you'd find you get slightly more of the ratio with people with row's, it's only a very small increase in chances.
December 17, 200718 yr ~ROWs just make rarer drops more common. The most expensive drops are not always the rarest, and sometimes it has little to no effect. I prefer the ROL, because it prevents most deaths. It's really a preference thing, if you ask me.~
