MrBowser
OK, I am planing to train my magil level from lv 82 to lv 85. When I am done, I will possibly leave magic alone as a skill for a very long time. So, I am wondering, What spells would I ever need to use that are past level 85? *note, I do not use bounty hunter, or clan wars. If there is a spell you think I should get, tell me, and tell me why I should want it. It may be that your reason doesn't affect me. Plus, what kind fo diference is there when using combat skills from 99 to 85? That's what it takes to be a hero, a little gemof innocence inside of you that makes you wantto believe that there still exists a right and wrong, that decency will somehow triumph in the end.--Lise Hand
aoe325
Just have a look at the high level spells of all three spellbooks, most of them are worth getting but it's totally up to you Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.
RichieMcD
Even though you only want 85 mage occasionally leveling it after that would be a good idea. As your levels get higher you hit closer to the max hit of a spell more consistently so that will always be a advantage in monster hunting such as Dk's or Metal dragons. MrBowser
TBH, I don't really know what most of the high level spells would used for, and if they are needed for anything I do. That's why I want people to tell me what spells to use, lol. MrBowser
A question. What would the reasons you wouldn't use that spell for? gun_hippy
A question. What would the reasons you wouldn't use that spell for? Quite a few things really, depends how you play the game. It's kinda expensive. Costs ummm, icr exactly, like 2 laws 2 cosmics and 2 astrals (something SIMILAR i cant remember exactly, i'm not logged in atm to check), which kinda adds up if you tele around as much as i do. I rc a lot though, so it isn't an issue for me, but for somebody who hates rc it might start to hurt your wallet. If you want to say, alch drops, switching book for every alch adds up the cost way too fast. Best keep drops in your bank till you have loads and then switch book temporarily. Other than those, really, it owns. Except of course, you can;t use it to assault mage because that'd be silly, but for everyday skilling it's amazing.
