Last minute tips at fight caves

For first attack, if you hear no sounds, keep it on Range. If you hear a sound (sounds like Retribution pray) then switch to mage and run in the direction it came from.

In the actual fight, watch his feet for the prays. If he stomps, it's range. If he raises feet and keeps them there, then it's mage.

All I can say is that you have to keep calm and relax when doing it. I personally didn't do any "pray switching" practicing and did fine after I calmed down and concentrated.

Any tips on the healers?

For healers, attack one between each prayer switch, don't try to attack Jad until you distracted each one. Basically, try to do only one thing between each prayer switch so you don't risk missing it or activating it too late.

bad luck homedog

its always hard first go

gets easier when u get a bit of experiance under the belt

Honestly I think that the first time through the caves is the easiest. You only have first time jitters.

If you die the first time, then the second time you go you think about all the things that can possibly go wrong as well as some jitters along thoughts of how to avoid dying the way you did the first time.

I dunno it jusr makes sense to me to think that way.

But don't give up!!! Just keep trying take it one try at a time, short term memory. Forget what happened the try before and concentrate really.

Apparently, my signature was to big.

Yep died again, I had a stress. kept switching between sara brews and prayer .. Ill do it next time i just have to be calm

Firstly, it took me 6 tries to do. [Note]

When I did it (80 ranged, 65 prayer) I also had 6 sharks in my inventory. They are better than Saras because they heal more in 1 dose. This is important when you're on Jad. Another way to heal would be to get Sweets, a stackable healing source (1-3 each time).

When the healers are out, turn on Piety or Chivalry or the +15% def one, because the extra def added really helps. If you can try to get them in a line so only 1 hits you but remember to pay attention to Jad's attack, since that's the most important thing.

As for bows, I personally like the Rune C bow. Firstly, it's cheaper than using 2 C bows, and you don't have to break them again if you die. Second, on Jad, if you use Ruby (e) bolts, you can hit up to 20% of his life, at the cost of 10% own. That's about 40 damage to your measly 7-8 damage taken. Also, use of a Rune C Bow allows you to bring a zammy book, which adds +5 prayer.
