I asked Sir Prysin where are keys and that rovin upstairs doen't give me a key. WTF?

 

well actually i can't find a single key. traiborn the wizard doesnt give me the key also.

 

 

 

quest journal says that i have the sword and i have to kill the monster but ive never had it

Could it be possible that you've already done most of that part of the quest? Go back to the guy who is supposed to give you the sword...it might say that you can get the sword (you'll have to pay him) because you lost the other one. That might explain why the other keys are not there.
