I had a really good pineapple cake thing once. You had a pound cake then mixed pineapple and whip cream and spread it on. Anyway, more cakes is definitely a good idea, jsut because cakes are good.

I think we can incorporate more variety of cakes.. like lobster meat cake...

 

 

 

by the way, i think there is a common misconception about fish related cake..

 

 

 

There are fish in existence in RL. How its made let me dictate...

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

First, the fish meat are de-boned and put together and minced. The product of it will be minced fish meat right?

 

 

 

After that, its being moulded into sphere shaped (known as fishballs) or rectangular shaped (fishcake).

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If its still hard to imagine, perhaps can pay a visit to the nearest chinese crusine restaurant and ask for fishball or fishcake.. hehe..

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

But to put fish on top of the butter cake.. i think ew... :oops:
