You can always just go south of Varrock East mining area where the 2 unicorns and the bear spawn. It takes longer but its less dangerous by far. EDIT: A bit more info on the spot in wildy, its north of Varrock so to the eastern'ish side of wild. I would say go to inn thats at the edge of wildy and north of Varrock (the name slips my mind ATM, I am thinking Blue Moon in or Something Boar Inn.) Its next to the saw mill. Oo, is there some sort of way to bring a weapon onto the island? Other than fletching your own bow and arrows no. But unicorns have what 7 hp so a kill without a weap wont take long at all.
