we'll i got back one of my accounts and the guy who hacked it went on and got it banned by saying a bunch of stuff like selling mills and advertisting scam sites etc... and then he used up all my appeals, how can i message jagex?? i certaintly would like to explain my self and tell them to check the ips and what not

Yea, They will probably say "You were in full control of your account when the abuse took place"...

that happened to me, i was so happy that i got my acount back and then i see, "your acount is banned", anyways i got my acount back

Yea, they get too many of these messages from people who actually did it. It sucks, but at least you have your account back (its not perm banned, right?)
