well i think they didnt give it a str boost cause it was released with another great new item (dragon boots)...

 

 

 

but yes its a bit strange... bandos is the armour of str... but boots dont have str bonus...

yes but people actually use the weapon slot.

 

 

 

just use it to get kc. Then trade it for something better. IMO: Mace -1 inven space > expensive boots.

 

 

 

 

 

Go kill a steel dragon with a bronze dagger, then come back here.

 

Go get KC with an Ancient mace, then come back here.

But soon you can leech your brothas KC with lootshare, will they care you had a mace instead?

they probably wanted to keep dragon boots in use (which have a slayer requirememnt) however maybe a +4 bonus and then make horrid defense?

I think the reason why they didnt give bandos boots a str bonus is they would make d boots unwanted.

 

 

 

Also the tassets have a str bonus while the boots dont. D boots have a str bonus while D legs dont. It might have something to do with that.
