phone isnt working but internet still works and so i went to bt site and they redirected it to my mobile and will fix the landline on 27 dec. how much compo should i recieve for this?

The best you could hope for is a refund for the line rental equal to the period the line wasn't working.

unless i recieve compo ill prob get my dad to switch to virgin media

Your phone line is out for 2 days? That's a pretty big deal, especially considering its the holiday time. Unfortunately, you probably won't get anything from the company, but you should definitely try and get the date to be sooner, at the very most tomorrow.

Check your terms and conditions for all your contracts if you think you deserve compensation. But to be honest, it's probably not worth the hassle, and I can't really see what case you would have.
