Harrington
The best you could hope for is a refund for the line rental equal to the period the line wasn't working.

dsavi
I don't know about you people, but I simply can not live without broadband. We're thinking of upgrading to 8 Mbits. (Note: 8 Megabits = 8 Megs per second)

(Note: 8 Megabits = 8 Megs per second) I'm pretty sure you'd manage to not drop dead. Your phone line is out for 2 days? That's a pretty big deal, especially considering its the holiday time. Unfortunately, you probably won't get anything from the company, but you should definitely try and get the date to be sooner, at the very most tomorrow. assassin_696
This isn't really a question we're suited to answer :? Check your terms and conditions for all your contracts if you think you deserve compensation. But to be honest, it's probably not worth the hassle, and I can't really see what case you would have.
