webb_28
I need help, i tried unblocking runescape from my firewall by putting the website on exceptions list, and adding it to exceptions on firewall, and i turned off block all incoming connections, but it wont load world now. It says "One or more of your ActiveX controls could not be displayed because either: 1) Your current security settings prohibit running ActiveX controls on this page, or 2) You have blocked a publisher of one of the controls. As a result this page may not display correctly. Note: I set security to high and disconnected internet earlier to prevent a hack on my computer. I was stupid enough to use a person script in Mirc, and it took my irc password and sent me popups of bad sites. I deleted the script and Mirc all together and ran full scans for viruses and spyware on computer and found none. I dont know what other information the person got, so I changed all passwords. But now I cant load runescape applet due to security reasons to check my account. Any extra precautions I should take are welcomed and wanted/needed badly. Please help me with this , I don't want to take down any security measures that I dont have to , to play runescape.

blade995
You cant just have your firewall block the keylogger. That it putting a band aid around the problem, you need to remove it. Settings your internet security to high is not going to help much and it will just annoy you when it blocks useful stuff. Download Ad-aware and Spybot, up date the definitions and scan with them both. Then update your antivirus software with the latest definitions and scan with that. MageUK
If you still have the original keylogger then send me a PM here and let me know. I'll let you know how to remove it once I see it. Cheers.
