December 28, 200718 yr This morning I got and went to runescape planning to kill tons of Mithril Dragons to get rich. I was sadly mistaken for when I tried to log on, I instead was greeted by the claim that my password was invalid. I tried again, thinking I misspelled it, but to avail. My account has been hacked into. I've tried everything I can to get back in, but nothing works. I've tried password recovs about 20 times now and apparently it's not good enough. I've had this account for about 6 years now, and have a total of 1718. Losing this would well.. It'd be really hard. An account ive had for 6 years is something like a peice of art ive been making since I was 11. (im 17 now.) Anyway, most likely I'll get to keep it because I have some friends with connections, but there still is the concern that I may lose it. I'll lose my Fury and Karils at least, and most likely wont get my account back until the January Update has come and the 1.5mil I loaned a friend will not be able to be returned. Though Id rather he has it than some hacker. I proceeded to have a special password tracking request, but havent gotten a response yet. How long does it usually take a member account to receive review? Do you hate Wyverns or Warped Terrorbirds? Think again! December 28, 200718 yr it takes about an hour to a day to get a response but if it declines, keep on trying it took me 7 trys to get my account back when it got hacked

December 28, 200718 yr I heard the account retrieval process is automated so if you want to have a proper chance at it send a e-mail or if you live in the UK call JaGeX themselves. Explain how the IP address has changed recently., what the old passwords are, what the bank pin is etc etc. Basiclay information that can help you retrieve the account, even send them your IP address and if you log in on another computer alot dend them that IP address to.

December 28, 200718 yr I got my account back in less then 8 hours, and i'm a non-member. It shouldn't take too long to get your request read, I can't suggest much except fill in the last box as much as you can. The only parts I had filled in were my three previous passwords (or was it five :-k ), and that last box filled (meaning I couldn't fit any more words).
