I've read alot about this place, so i wondered; Where is it, and is it f2p?

North of varrock west bank. and its both f2p and p2p, but f2p can only do 2 transfers at a time, whereas p2p can do 6.

Also, try to use help and advice next time

Ranked as RS 3rd best Fogger of all times by Fog Elite, and is proud of it :)

It's F2P, a great place to buy stuff without standing 1 hour saying the same thing. It is north-west of varrock west bank, you'll see a road and an Icon in the map of a hand holding some coins

What about the prices? Are they low?

What about the prices? Are they low?

Um, prices are fixed so you'll have to define 'low'...

What about the prices? Are they low?

I think you're thinking of it as a store, it's not. People can put items up for sale there, or make an offer to buy an item. Most items are set at prices close to the market price.

There, in the red square. ::'

What about the prices? Are they low?

Prices are fixed at player prices, and 5% greater/lower.

So if a bonze dagger is 10gp, you can sell for 8gp-12gp.

However... there's lots of items in RuneScape... so not all prices are 100% accurate... Especially with the fluctuation recently.
