Quite honestly, there would be a clash of opinions, yes, but instead of it being like: poster1: OMG NO THATS NOT RITE poster2: YA IT IS STOOPID poster1: NO ITS NOT etc....there'd be more in the way of intelligent, real-world discussions. Opinions? I know something about nothing, which is far better than knowing nothing about something.
December 31, 200718 yr Most people don't do that sample discussion, and all of the debates are in OT. The board wouldn't get used much and would be pretty much a waste, since there isn't really a need for it. It's a lot better to have less forums/subforums to increase organization and to eliminate clutter.

December 31, 200718 yr There was a similar suggestion some while ago, but it had a similar approach. The poster said that there were too many Debates going on on OT, and thus a Subforum would be suitable. At the end, the concussion reached was that Debates were already a crucial point of OT, and that a Subforum would simply leave OT empty of worthy threads. This signature is intentionally left blank.
