Callahan Posted December 31, 2007 Share Posted December 31, 2007 To send Jagex a massage via the message centre: 1) Head over to the Runescape main website at runescape.com 2) On the left panel, you will find a link that says "Comment on our service" under the category Knowledge Base. 3) Click on that link and it will direct you to a page will many options. Since you have a question, simply click on the link provided under the "Other Comments" section and is labeled as an brownish here. 4) Log in using your username and password. 5) You will then be redirected to a box to type your question in. Keep in mind, though, that this box has a character limit of 400 characters, so make sure that your question is not too long that it doesn't fit. 6) And the final step is to simply hit the "Submit Message" button and the message will be on it's way. I z0mg hvae liek a quezz!" will most likely hit the bin before their desk.
