Customer Service on the main page; don't hold your breath.

To send Jagex a massage via the message centre:

 

 

 

1) Head over to the Runescape main website at runescape.com

 

2) On the left panel, you will find a link that says "Comment on our service" under the category Knowledge Base.

 

3) Click on that link and it will direct you to a page will many options. Since you have a question, simply click on the link provided under the "Other Comments" section and is labeled as an brownish here.

 

4) Log in using your username and password.

 

5) You will then be redirected to a box to type your question in. Keep in mind, though, that this box has a character limit of 400 characters, so make sure that your question is not too long that it doesn't fit.

 

6) And the final step is to simply hit the "Submit Message" button and the message will be on it's way.

It either takes em a long time to reply or you get an auto message back, which also takes a long time...either way your in for a long wait!

If you are members, it usually only takes 1-4 days, depending on the time you send it and the type of message it is. During the holidays they are automessaging everyone and telling them to reply in the new year,

A tip; word your self respectfully and keep to the point. A message to them starting like this; "Hai2u! I z0mg hvae liek a quezz!" will most likely hit the bin before their desk. Dont expect a reply eventhough I happen to know they read all messages! :
