Dealing with Scabaras complete walkthrough (with maps)

So what does the enchated toara do? does it replace waterskins?

Hmmm....

I need a new siggy, get round to doing it later.

Probably.

You charge the Tiara by using water runes on it. For every 3 water runes used it gets 1 charge. Wearing it while in the desert means you can leave your inventory free of waterskins. You also get warnings when it starts running low on charges.

It seems to be the Scabarite mage attacks that both disease and poison you. This seems to happen even if you have protect from mage on.

The bracelet of innoculation seems to have no effect in the cavern. Also it seems you can get re-poisoned right after taking a sip of either super anti-poison or antidote+ (Normally you get a small period of immunity after having taken one of the cures).

Remember the Sanefew Serum also act as a super-restore, so not only are your poison and disease cured, you also get back prayer and have your other stats restored - this area seems to be the reason this potion was released. May have to go get more nail-beast nails

If you do kill the priest you can just step out of the room and back in again for him to re-appear. However when you do this you are returned to the normal dungeon and the Scabarites that are hanging about outside or in the room.

Nice guide. Just a little question, are miniquests required for questcape?

Thank goodness no! If that was true then everyone would need to do the Ghost Robe and Shadow Sword miniquests and many others that exist. They are just added fun and profit for quest lovers. That 10k gp would be nice.

Guide updated.

By popular demand, this signature is back- however I currently do not have a blog up at the moment and if I did I wouldn't update it. Sorry, the sig links to nowhere :( .

It's a nice guide, I am level 88 Strenght and I couldn't pull the lever in the empty room so had used a Super Str potion and Piety, I have no idea if it worked that much though.

Scabarite research notes mini-quest:

Inside the Scabarite lair/temple, one chest is in the north-west part of the dungeon, directly east of the Scabarite High Priest's chamber. The other chest is in the south-west corner of the dungeon, due south from the Scabarite High Priest's chamber, up against the southern wall.

Hopefully these descriptions are good enough that you can mark onto the map lair/temple map.

When collecting the bronze items. Do they have to be a certain bronze item or just items you can make yourself from bronze bars ?
