Pretty good, especially for a first, but may i ask what you did? it looks like you took a stock, and added a few brushes over it, and added a lenses flair... with a bevel border

I found the render, then m. blurred it vert and horiz some, added a c4d and all kinda stuff.

 

 

 

The ligth source is a 200px soft brush 3 times in the corner.

I don't think that the light source is too bright. It's just oddly placed. My tip is to move it bit right of the render.

 

 

 

The signature itself is really good, specially for a first. Many people can't use c4d's in their first signatures so you can be really proud of yourself. ::'
