I got the following clue:

 

 

 

"Shrug in the Zamorak Temple found in the Eastern Wilderness. Beware of double agents! Equip rune plate legs, an iron plate body, and blue dragonhide vambraces."

 

 

 

I have the equipment on, and I have tried shrugging at the actual chaos crafting altar and above ground at the shrine where you first go into the maze, but neither one seems to work. This is the second time I have had this clue, and the last time I just dropped it cause I couldn't get it to work. Is there a special spot you have to stand when you shrug? Please help, someone. This is only my third level 3 clue and I hate to get rid of it.

Pretty sure that means what is more commonly known as the Chaos Altar, right? Shouldn't be in too deep, surrounded by lots of bone spawns... I had that clue once, just pray right in front of the altar.

I am at the chaos altar. I have tried shrugging at the altar where you craft the runes, and at the shrine where you first go into the altar. So far, neither has caused anything to happen. Has anyone else had this problem?

It means the prayer altar on the east side of the wilderness, just south of the green dragons.

I don't think it's the runecrafting altar. It's the actual prayer altar.

I've done it a dozen times, and quite lately as well. You use the shrug emote at the chaos altar (head north from Varrock East Wildy). A double agent will appear, you kill him, and use the emote again. Also, I advise you use your melee protect and offensive prayer when fighting him (you can recharge conveniently at the altar). Be sure the listed items are equipped when you use the emote.

EDIT: By chaos altar, I mean the eastern altar with prayer. Not the runecrafting altar. I can see how that could me misinterptreted.
