Why does my character dance around monsters?

Featured Replies

It's a flawed movement system which needs to have a re-do. I wouldn't actually mind if circling each other became part of the animation, ie you actually circled each other. Not the 'step forwards, step sideways, turn, step forwards, step sideways...' tango which seems to go on. It would be best if circling counts as 'engaged in combat', as then the problem will be solved, plus combat will look slightly more interesting.

Why does my character dance around monsters?

Oh no, our characters must be Michael Jackson clones! Run, run for your liveeesss! And danceeeee!

...Seriously, it's too much annoying. Walking system needs a fix, IMHO.

I agree, this is one of the most annoying things in runescape.

Happens to me a lot when I go with a group to kbd, sometimes it dies before I get to attack <.<

To solo armadyl you need to have good dancing skills. For that reason I hold nothing against the dancing around monsters

0-T: You dance with Kree'arra when you solo it? If it starts meleeing me and I need to heal, I ussually just run to another corner.
