Rayzel2001
Okay... so I'm trying to finish up Desert Treasure and I'm doing the ice diamond part. Anyway, I no longer have [bleep]ed climbing boots, don't ask me where they went. And I can't get the blacksmith guy in Burthorpe to make me another pair... Sooooo, how do I get a new pair of [bleep]ed climbing boots? I can't get up the ice path without them! :(
Andrew_s_2
take the supplies needed for [bleep]ed boots to be made and take it to the smith in burthope. 99 attack-34,104th to 99 attack.
Mak_1027
Talk to the Sherpa in burthrope and buy another pair for 12gp ..these are called climbing boots ...not sure if they are considered [bleep]ed or not, but they are the ones you need for Troll Stronghold quest
Rayzel2001
I did though... or at least I thought I did. I took climbing boots and iron bars and it was no go.

I can't understand why either. I've done the stupid quest where I had to get [bleep]ed boots.

Get a steel (or is it iron?) bar to the smith north of the burthorpe slayer master, along with the climbing boots. I have no idea what could be a problem :-k You could check your bank for an existing pair of them maybe? Not sure if you can have 2...
Andrew_s_2
you only need the [bleep]es boots to give to that one dude. You only need normal climbing boots to climb over rocks, not [bleep]ed ones.(you cant even wear [bleep]ed ones i believe) 99 attack-34,104th to 99 attack. icecube
No you do need [bleep]ed boots for after the fight with Kamil to get the crystal in Desert Treasure. From zybez quest guide: If you do not own any [bleep]ed boots they can be obtained by first buying a pair of climbing boots from Tenzing, west of Burthorpe . Then take them to Dunstan in Burthorpe along with an iron bar and a hammer, and he will turn your climbing boots into [bleep]ed boots.
Mak_1027
I just went and tried, and when I talked to the blacksmith, [bleep]es was the first option, and he made me a pair ..are they tradeable? if so you can have them edit ...sorry, just checked, they are not tradeable
Rayzel2001
Hmm... see that is why I am so confused. Dunstan simply will not do it for me! And yes I have Death Plateau quest done.... eh. -_- Maybe I'll go buy a brand spanking new set of climbing boots from Tenzing and take those to him.. though why he's not doing it is beyond me... MAYBE.
Mak_1027
Could be, because I haven't started that one yet ...finished Troll Stronghold, but didn't start romance yet.
Rayzel2001
wOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!! Alright, thanks everyone for all the help. Troll Romance must have been my problem, he was asking me other set of questions instead of about the [bleep]ed boots. I can free the little ice troll's parents now! yay!!
