January 9, 200818 yr Barrows' effects are completely the same until they are broken (at zero percent). They simply cost more to repair. catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

January 9, 200818 yr You cant wear the armour at all when its completely broken. Degradation doesnt affect the special or bonuses at all. Your first question has been answered, so let me suggest something: There are better, cheaper training weapons than Karil's X-Bow, and don't even bother with the coif - it has only +3 ranged attack, as compared to a +7 god coif (which are fairly cheap). January 9, 200818 yr the special effect of the armor will stay in effect the whole time, the degrading of the armor only means more repair costs and you can't wear it when its at 0 percent or broken....
