people have a very daluted vision of what 'boring text' is. have u ever looked at a piece of papier that had glowing text?!?! that would be flipping sweet!!!!! but yet people dont see graphic images as art, but more as eyecandy... ill send you (axe) a chocolate bar in the mail kk? you like chocolate right? i dont really like chocolate, to sweet, im more of a salt guy. chewy candy is ok, like skittles and starbursts, but i cant really eat a whole package because i would wnat to toss the potatoes.

Next time be more constructive. As far as I know, your sigs still have bad text, emptyness, and are boring. Lay off.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The sig really needs a background. You may be attempting minimalism? But that's not working here. There's nothing being conveyed by this image. Yes, text doesn't glow when you right it on paper, but if there's text in a painting it's incorporated to fit into the painting. The text on your image is just slapped on and seems out of place.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Is that a llama at the bottom? I really don't know how you can improve this sig. My best suggestion would be to start over, it's a nice attempt if you are just starting out.

here are my thoughts:

 

 

 

*font is plain. try downloading new fonts that can incorporate with your sig.

 

 

 

*seems like it was just put together in 1-5 mins. find a style that you like, and read tutorials about it.

 

 

 

*there's not much going on in the sig. seems empty, is that the feel you are looking for?

 

 

 

*place a border, it helps.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

oh and about your comment on glowing text on paper, it doesn't matter. if you are making a sig on paper then yes glowing text is difficult and wouldn't be plain. but it's obvious that you did that sig on a computer and alot of graphic programs can easily create glowing effects on text.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

but like what ryan said, nice go for a first attempt but you're better of starting again.
