WWE, because its the only one I have ever heard of, so it has to be good.

Depends on what you define as good, it may be.

Personally these are my thoughts on the three:

WWE: World Wrestling ENTERTAINMENT. Enough said.

TNA: The 'baby brother' of WWE. Although the show seems to be sinking with all of the new wrestlers they have had added it was (and to some still is) a great combination of wrestling and entertainment.

UFC: Haven't watched this too much, but hell, this is where the real fighting takes place.

UFC is the only real one out of these. However realism isn't all its cracked up to be. At least the fighters are civil after a match from what I've seen.

WWE, its entertaining to say the least. Couple "cheaters" in it like Finlay (and Hornswaggle), however its the most well known, I prefered it in the old days, the time of The Rock, Stone Cold, Masked Kane and Mankind. Competitors can act like babies when defeated.

TNA, to be honest, its the first time I've heard of it.

UFC is something very different from the two companies you listed. It's Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), not professional wrestling.

Anyway, I'd have to go with none of the above. WWE is too much sports entertainment, they have a lot of talent, but they also employ a lot of bodybuilders/sideshow acts that produce very boring matches every time they step into the ring. TNA has a great talent pool but very poor booking/writing that takes all the fun out of watching them.

My vote would be Ring of Honor, closely followed by CHIKARA, Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, SHIMMER Women Athletes and Pro Wrestling NOAH.

If you're looking for a true alternative to WWE, do yourself a favour and head to the Ring of Honor site and buy a DVD. They cost half of what a WWE PPV costs, and you get great quality wrestling every time. My personal recommendation is Glory By Honor VI, Night 2. The main event is Mitsuharu Misawa vs. KENTA for the GHC Heavyweight Title. Also on the card are Bryan Danielson vs. Takeshi Morishima, The Briscoes vs. The Age of the Fall, No Remorse Corps vs. The Vulture Squad, Naomichi Marufuji vs. Claudio Castagnoli, Chris Hero vs. El Generico and much more.

Bonus match (from SHIMMER Volume 9): Amazing Kong vs. MsChif. Real women's wrestling, not the playboy models WWE wheels out.
