tourach
well i think that prayer should really get an update. 1. big bones cost 300 gp ea dragon bones cost 3000 gp ea so dragons are 10x the worth of big bones? WRONG! exp. wise big bones= 15 prayer exp dragon bones= 72 prayer exp so what you say?? well the figures show that dragon bones give 4.8x the exp big bones give. So why are dragon bones 10x the cost? Some people say that they should make more bones and they have, Ancestral bones, but it still doesn't matter prices for them will go higher then dragon bones. They have made bone grinding so it makes the bones give more exp. but it takes quite a long time to to grind alot of bones. So it looks that people who want their prayer levels up are going to have to pay lots of money or kill a extremly large amount of dragons, giants, etc. So my solution? i think that bones should give more exp in certain places such as graveyards and outside altars. The exp should be like 10 more exp per bone than if you buryed them in a random place. the exp margin should be higher because green dragons are in the level 80s and are in the wilderness which annoys people when they have been killing green dragons for a long time the tv is on you hear sometihng that makes you so you click on a dragon thinking by the time you'll kill it you'll be watching the screen, but you forget about it and you dont notice that mage who teleblocks you entangles you then kills you. You look back at the screen and your your in Lumbridge with three items in you inventory. so dragon bones should give 6x the exp you get from big bones So think about my ideas and add please And remember, NO NEW BONES!! wallyweams
...1. big bones cost 300 gp ea dragon bones cost 3000 gp ea so dragons are 10x the worth of big bones? WRONG!... Who determines if it's wrong? It's a market based economy. There are worth whatever the buyer and seller agree on. There is no reason that price should track the exp given. How much is less clicking worth to a player? People were willing to pay more because, until recently, Dragon bones were the best that you could do. So, people were willing to pay more for the faster exp and less clicking. lpinkus
You can thief these bones Wow, time for me to start stealing bones :) I think the idea about the xp varying based upon where buried is clever. That would seem logical for JAGeX; make you trek a bit to get somewhere important. lpinkus
dargonhuman
I like the idea of getting more prayer exp for burying in graveyards and outside altars too. It makes sense from a story-perspective, too. Saradomin's presence is more prevalent in holy places, so you get a bigger blessing for burying bones in those places. --Darg-- Part of the Star Traks network. (^^Clicky!)
