Say Goodbye to Customer Service

Yeah but you still can't contact them. They just tell you to go through the forums.

its not like it was ever useful to begin with, most of the replies are automated and have nothing to do with your question.

Since when do you absolutely need a Jagex Moderator to answer your dire questions? Seriously, try me -- I can't really think of anything that would be so pressing that only a J-Mod could answer.

Okay... you fail. Can I use the forums if I become a member? (I was unfairly banned from the forums over 2 years ago and never got a reply from customer service about it after dozens of messages sent. I don't know the status of my account in terms of using their stupid forum.)

Yes, or no?

Don't you think if you did something to upset Jagex you'd get punished in one way or another?

Seriously, why should I care that you were banned "unfairly" from the forums, which is now your only means of support? If you were acting up on the forums, then there's nothing anyone could do.

Guess you're one of the people that has their CS privvys revoked, then.
