What is a fast way to train magic from 65-70 without losing too much money?

You can Hi-Alch, that can net some cash if you make some of the materials, and lose little if you buy the materials.

IIRC, you can do about 1k alchs per hour, so that's about 65k per hour.

If you are f2p not really. :P ALching green dragon hide bodies is what I did. If mem. By some raw materials! Get some other lvs up around the same time. :)

you need 4434 high alchs (assuming you only just got lvl 65 magic) to get your magic level up to 70. If you want to do it without losing any money i'd recommend you do it in conjunction with another skill. eg buy gold, saphires and cosmics, make games necklaces and alch (check the ge prices and do your calcs first) or you could buy yew longs and make yourself some natures.

 

 

 

to alch faster, when the alching light starts to brighten for the third time, click to alch another, then you can get max done.

Why not try the Mage Training Arena? The levels would go by fast, as the activity changes a lot. Unlock Bones to Peaches, try to get an Infinity Hat, I did that for a ton of my Magic.
