"I decline to state that info." :P Also, they need to improve the list of possible responses on a number of things. There are times I'd like to use a Quick Response to say "No" about something, and Jagex has made it so I can't. As things stand, it is either that you must be quiet, or you have to be helpful to the other person and/or answer a question they've posed with info you don't want to give out.
