99 attack or 99 strength

I am in a dilema.

 

 

 

I want to be 112 cb for mid lvl BH and I am sure that I want 99 hp 75 def and 70 pray.

 

 

 

Now the only problem is that I can only get 186 strength or attack levels.

 

 

 

So, here are the the two solutions:

 

 

 

1. 99 attack and 87 strength. I will be using whip in BH, so with 99 attack I won't have to worry about gaining CB lvls. Plus with 99 attack I should be hitting a bit weaker, but more constant which is good. Plus my dds spec will have a higher probablilty of KO'ing someone.

 

 

 

2. 87 attack and 99 strength. I will be using D scim. Nothing much more to say, except that it is cheaper if I die.

 

 

 

Please post suggestions.

Erm..would it be advisable to use a GS in BH?

 

 

 

Also, my point is to get 1 99 so that my cb stays the same.

For BH, str. For normal RS, att. But you will have better success if you round them both.

I say both to around 90ish, honestly if you get 99 str then get attack to 87, you might notice that you dont hit alot, or as often as you would like.

wow all of you need to learn how to read he wants 99 health so he'll keep training the skill that he gets 99 in until he reaches 99 hp :roll:

 

 

 

I'd suggest getting 99 attack and 87 strength, you'll still be able to hit fairly high with 87, but you'll be very accurate

I would suggest that you take option one, since you will hit rather high with 87 strenght and your accuracy will be excellent with 99 attack.
